Extension processing

The extension runs only on https://chatgpt.com/*. When you request an export, it reads the open conversation and creates the requested document in your browser. Conversation text, titles, ChatGPT URLs, filenames, images, and generated documents are not sent to SG7 servers.

Remote conversation images may be requested directly from their source host so they can be embedded. Cross-origin requests omit browser credentials. Failed, slow, unsupported, or oversized images are omitted with a visible limitation notice.

Local extension data

Chrome storage.local stores display and export preferences, first-use privacy acknowledgement, successful and failed file counts, Word/PDF counts, whether the one-time pricing-research question was shown, its local answer, early-access state, and first/last successful-export timestamps. No account, license identifier, advertising identifier, or browser fingerprint is created.

This information remains on your device. Clearing the extension's local data or uninstalling the extension deletes it.

Website data

Opening this website sends normal network metadata to Cloudflare, including IP address, request time, requested path, browser/network information, and security events. This is necessary to deliver and protect the site. SG7 does not enable custom raw-request logging, an advertising tracker, or a visitor database.

The extension-only interest page receives no conversation field, ChatGPT URL, account identifier, license identifier, or installation identifier. Cloudflare exposes aggregate Function request metrics. Those counts are directional traffic signals, not unique people or buyers.

The site sets no application cookie. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies where needed to protect traffic. Email links open your chosen email application.

Purposes and legal bases

• Local conversation processing and document creation: provide the export you requested, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• Website delivery, abuse prevention, reliability, and aggregate demand measurement: legitimate interests in providing, securing, and evaluating the product, under Article 6(1)(f).
• Support correspondence: answer your request and operate the service, under Article 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f).
• Records required by law or needed for legal claims: Article 6(1)(c) or Article 6(1)(f), as applicable.

You are not required to email SG7. Without a reply address and your support details, SG7 may be unable to answer a support request.

Recipients and processors

Cloudflare, Inc. provides Pages hosting, CDN delivery, security, and aggregate Function metrics. Google LLC provides the Gmail mailbox used for support and privacy requests. These providers process only information necessary for their respective services and under their applicable data-processing terms.

SG7 does not sell user data, disclose it to data brokers, use it for personalized advertising or credit decisions, or permit human review of conversation content. Conversation content never reaches SG7.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so website metadata or emails may be processed outside Hungary or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or other safeguards provided in the providers' data-processing terms.

Retention

• Local extension data: until you clear it or uninstall the extension.
• Support and privacy-request email: 24 months after final reply.
• Records needed for legal claims or mandatory accounting/legal duties: only for the applicable statutory period.
• Cloudflare aggregate Function metrics: available to SG7 for up to three months.
• Provider network and security data: retained under the provider's applicable terms and only as needed to deliver, secure, or comply with law.

Security and Chrome Limited Use

Executable extension code is packaged inside the extension; no remote executable code is loaded. Chrome access is limited to local storage and the content script on chatgpt.com. Information received through Chrome extension APIs is used only to provide or improve the extension's single export purpose, consistent with Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal data controlled by SG7. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis; current processing described here does not rely on consent. Send requests to szen.deni11@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required where reasonably necessary.

Rights cannot retrieve conversation or extension-local data that SG7 never receives. You control that data directly through Chrome and the extension.

Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or another competent supervisory authority, particularly in the EU country where you live or work. Authority website: naih.hu.

Automated decision-making

SG7 performs no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects and performs no user profiling. Future licensing safeguards will require an updated policy before any personal-data practice changes.

Changes

Material changes to collection or use require an updated policy, Chrome Web Store disclosure, and in-product notice where required. The effective date above identifies this version.
